		<description>Very nicely put. I am in complete agreeance, and it is clear very little actual thought has been put into this proposal. There are many legitimate, and perfectly legal, uses for p2p, some of which you have listed. I only hope that some degree of sanity is used to review this ridiculous proposal before it is put into  effect, and that logic can prevail. This is just another way for this govt to shoot itself in the foot, they seem to keep doing decidedly unpopular things, and it is going to bite them in the arse.</description>
